Where there is knowledge there is power.
At Era Center we offer space and opportunity to address the unique challenges we face as providers when sitting with individuals who have a trauma and pain in their story.
We continue to uphold our promise to bring a greater awareness of traumatic violence and how we as a community can support each other through the loud and quiet struggle of it.
Group community is at the core of our work. We offer an 8-10 week support group to providers with themes such as provider burnout, vicarious trauma, generational strengths, etc.
Being able to dive into the content and application of the material in real time is our objective in a training series. In this setting, we have the opportunity to get real about the work in a deep and thoughtful way.
We can collaborate on a tailor made training to a base curriculum we have to offer. Being able to address the "gaps" in the profession is an offer we love to provide our community.
We cannot do this work in isolation. And this is our direct response to trauma work by building community. We can offer a 1:1 or Group offering to providers.
